Founded in Lexington, KY in 1998, Creative Montessori is a one-classroom school offering high-quality education to young children. Our experienced teachers combine Montessori theory with practical, hands-on materials in a variety of learning areas.
Children ages 3-6 attend school from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, Monday through Friday, September through May. the class is limited to 24 children attending either preschool or kindergarten; four teachers on staff provide for a low student-teacher ratio.
Tuition is $4,590 for the nine-month school year ($510 per month)
Eligible children from the morning program may also attend the afternoon program, which meets from noon to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Extended-day students are usually those who have completed two years of Montessori education and who will be five years old by August 1, 2024. This class is designed to prepare students for elementary school by offering them a longer school day, including lunch, chores, and afternoon group work. This class is limited to six children.
Tuition is $5,940 for the nine-month school year ($660 per month)

Our warm and caring teachers have been educating children in Central Kentucky since 1998. Our small size encourages close relationships with our parents and families.
We are currently scheduling visits for families interested in enrolling for the 2024-2025 school year which begins Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024 and ends Thursday, May 22, 2025.
