Program Options

Half-Day Preschool and Kindergarten

Children ages 3-6 attend school from 9 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, September through May. The class is limited to 24 children attending either preschool or kindergarten; four teachers on staff provide a low student-teacher ratio.

Extended-Day Program

Eligible children from the morning program may also attend the afternoon program, which meets from noon to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Students are eligible if they have completed two years of Montessori education and/or will be five years old by August 1 of the year in which they enroll. This class is designed to prepare students for elementary school by offering them a longer school day, including lunch, chores, and afternoon group work.

Note: Full-day programs are not offered.
